Zaya Yoga in the Rocky Mountain high of Aspen, CO, is a place for repose and reunion. Owners Emily Longfellow and Becky Capps have dedicated years to developing workshops and classes for beginners. Our Mission

Zaya Yoga is a place of repose where you can connect with self and community. We are off the beaten path located in Aspen Colorado near the Airport and Buttermilk Ski mountain. We offer a unique setting with heated classes for all levels. Our room is designed to have a warm side and a hot side if you choose to practice under the Infrared Heat in the ceiling. We offer many styles of yoga from restorative to flow based practice to challenge your, strength, flexibility, and balance. 

Inclusive Classes

Our yoga studio is dedicated to creating a comfortable environment for all yogis. We’re a place for both students and teachers to join in practice. With over 20 years of experience, our certified yoga instructors have the knowledge to immerse new students into a welcoming and warm practice.

At Zaya Yoga, our mission is to guide our students to a place of inner peace and strength. We understand that the body has its limitations. Always offering words of encouragement, our skilled yoga instructors include modifications to poses so yogis at all levels can participate in our energizing flow.

Vimana Yoga

Vimana Yoga is our classic, foundational yoga for beginners that includes hatha, core, and dynamic movement, incorporating styles from Bikram, Forrest, Para, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa yoga. We recommend this class for new yogis!

Vimana Fusion

Our Vimana Fusion is an intermediate class that combines elements of traditional yoga while deepening postures to improve stability and endurance. This class includes longer sequences, breathing practices, and meditation techniques.

Vimana Flow

Vimana Flow is a fun, alignment based flow class design for all levels. This class combines Vimana, Vinyasa, Para, and Forrest Yoga, to cultivate an unsurpassed experience. You will feel strong, supple, balanced, enlivened, and nurtured.

Buddhi

For those of you that need more plyometrics, and to shake it out. Buddhi yoga also helps to develop Buddhi and unites the mind with the higher consciousness. Developing the spiritual mind, refining consciousness, and succeeding in merging with primordial consciousness are the directions of Buddhi yoga.

Hot Yin

Vimana Hot Yin is both a gentle and challenging yoga practice. After a gentle Pranayama, passive poses are held for 3-5 minutes to access the connective tissues, tendons, fascia, and ligaments at a deeper level. This not only improves flexibility but the flow of Prana. A more meditative approach to yoga, Yin aims to cultivate awareness of one's inner silence, quieting the mind, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality.

Our special 26 and 2 hot yoga class incorporates 26 poses to warm and stretch the muscles. This class is designed to detoxify the body, improve your focus and flexibility, and relieve stress.
